- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Going to this clinic for a local truck driving company. They made it a requirement that you renew your cdl medical card here. If you do its like committing career suicide. They did a respirator physical on me, passed with flying colors and was told I'm very healthy, then when it came time for the cdl side they gave me a 3 month card and told me I was on the borderline from being medically disqualified.
